Deposits Placed


5.1 With the exception of transactions that are unsuccessful for causes beyond of Bathroom Hub's control, all deposits made to reserve a product are non-refundable.

5.2 In the event that Bathroom Hub is not held responsible for the transaction's failure, the seller will still own the non-refundable deposit.

Delivery


6.1 When it comes to product deliveries, Bathroom Hub uses its own agents and delivery trucks. You consent to the sharing of your personal data for order fulfillment when you place an order.

6.2 Additional delivery fees may apply, which must be paid for in addition to each goods.

6.3 We provide delivery to the majority of Australia.

Availability of Goods

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Faulty Items, and Warranty

8.5 All returns due to a change of heart are subject to a 20% restocking charge. The return will be handled less the initial delivery fee if approved.

8.6 Customers are in charge of arranging change-of-mind returns and covering delivery tracking at their own cost.

8.7 Delivery insurance is required for returns of fragile items due to a change of heart.

8.8 Within 24 hours of delivery, get in touch with Bathroom Hub if you think a product is defective. In the event that the store is determined to be at fault, shipping charges and restocking fees will be waived, and a complete refund or exchange will be provided.

8.9 The processing of all refunds returned to the original payment method may take up to 7 days.

8.10 In order to make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is needed. Manufacturers have the right to change warranty conditions at any time.

8.11 In order to file an insurance claim or make a refund, fragile goods deliveries must be inspected for damage within 24 hours of arrival. After delivery, items must be returned to the retailer within 14 days.

8.12 Once delivered, custom orders are absolutely non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8.13 You have 24 hours from the time of delivery or pick-up to report any missing items.

 

Payment


9.1 Unless otherwise indicated, all prices on the Bathroom Hub website are provided in Australian dollars and, where applicable, include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

9.2 You agree to pay the purchase price and any applicable shipping costs at the time you place an order.

9.3 You may pay for your purchases using any of the payment methods that are offered on our website.

9.4 Only once full payment has been received will goods be sent. An order will be refused and you will be informed if it cannot be processed.

Trade Accounts


10.1 To be eligible for trade discounts, an order must total at least $300. Trade discounts cannot be combined with current discounts, and there is no credit allowed. Payment in full must be received before to shipping.

10.2 Trade account holders will receive a refund for any unavailable or out-of-stock products.

10.3 For whatever reason, Bathroom Hub has the right to accept or reject a trading account.

10.4 Bathroom Hub retains the right, without prior warning, to terminate access to trading accounts for any reason at any time.

10.5 Prices might change at any time. Trade discounts are determined by Bathroom Hub, and they are subject to change at any time.

Price Match Guarantee


11.1 Bathroom Hub will match prices from competitors for in-stock equivalent goods. The following are prerequisites for price matching:

11.1.1 The rival has to be a product-authorized dealer and a retailer having an ABN.

11.1.2 The product of the competitor must be similar, including the supplier model number, and have the same product code or SKU.

11.1.3 The competitor needs to stock the exact same product.

11.1.4 Less expensive products need to be priced and provided online or in-store as a quotation, receipt, or advertisement.

11.2 The following are exempt from the price match guarantee:

11.2.1 The public cannot see the competitor's price.

11.2.2 The price that a competitor is offering in response to a third-party promotion.

11.2.3 The price that a competitor is advertising at warehouse outlets or on websites like eBay, Catch, and Groupon, among others.

11.2.4 Discounts offered by competitors through promotion codes, loyalty plans, or coupons.

11.3 Bathroom Hub retains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to reject or amend the price match offer.
