Return Due To Change of Mind
At Bathroom Hub, we strive for your satisfaction with your recent purchase. In the rare event that you find yourself unsatisfied, we are pleased to facilitate returns within a 14-day window from the date of delivery or pickup.
Procedure for Returning Items
Initiate the return process by reaching out to us via email at sales@bathroomhubonline.com.au. Arrange for the return shipment of your order, bearing the cost, to our location, within 14 days of the product's delivery. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned items for quality assurance. If the products are in their original packaging and condition, we will initiate the return process. Once accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 days, reimbursing the original payment method.
Criteria for Returns Based on Changed Mind
Free cancellation is applicable only within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us and return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted, and the original delivery cost will be subtracted from the refund. The products must be in their original state and packaging, including the original skid, wrapping, and pallet. Customers are responsible for organizing return shipping at their expense, and tracking must be provided. For fragile items, returns must be accompanied by delivery insurance.
Exclusions for Change of Mind Returns
Customized and specially manufactured products cannot be returned or exchanged. Installed products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Deposits are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permissible within 14 days of delivery/pickup, but a 20% restocking fee will still be applicable.
Damaged/Missing Products
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us at sales@bathroomhubonline.com.au to arrange for a replacement.
For damaged or missing items, inform us within 24 hours of delivery/acceptance, and return the products to us within 14 days. Installed products cannot be returned or exchanged, as installation signifies acceptance. Customers are responsible for the disposal of damaged products.
Faulty Products
Warranty matters are overseen directly by the product's supplier, and each brand has its unique warranty policy.
